I’ve been following the t-dawg diet for 2 weeks, with a lot of success, but as a college student, about the only thing I can get that’s relatively healthy in the cafeteria, (and goes with the diet) is sometimes chicken, plus they have hamburger patties. What about various types of lunchmeat. Most have about 3-4 grams per slice. Can lunchmeat be eaten on the diet? what about other convenience foods?
