T-dawg combined with meltdown training

What do u all think of this idea it sounds pretty good to me, but what kinda results have u all gotten from melt down or tdawg used seperatly in their contexts,i need input to decide what to do, i particularly interested in what kinda fat loss you all got from meltdown alone by itself?

The guy who wrote meltdown says to use the T-dawg. What more do you need? Yes, I’ve done it and it works great. Keeps carbs at 100 a day though like Shugart says.
