t-dawg/anabolic diet

hey guys, i have been reading about the anabolic as well as the t-dawg diets lately and i was wondering what you thought about them? i think i like the t-dawg diet better because it allows for a post workout cocktail with some simple carbs. i am a firm believer in post workout nutrition so giving that up would be out of the question. what kind of results have you guys had as far as cutting? do you feel shitty for a few days while your body is adjusting? any info would be appreciated, thanks.
