T-Dawg advice

Question regarding the T-Dawg…

I’m a penniless student and my gym fees are already proving hard to pay so I was wondering is it possible to do the T-Dawg just using normal food. I realise anything is possible, but what I am asking is how would I make up the calories without Surge, MRP’s and flax oil etc.

I’m on t-dawg 1 and don’t take any supplements except glutamine. I don’t take flax oil, however I use ground flax seed which is cheap, and the carbs are pure fiber.
