Ok, I know this is a popular diet and that a lot of people have used it. There are a lot of peole who seem to have a pretty good idea around the theory, but don’t know what to eat. (This is just my take on the forum.) People who have done this diet, would you please post your eating schedule.
If you like just go by meal (supplements not needed unless they are fats/protein) and possibly a carb calorie potein fat gram count.
I think seeing examples of meals and how they are spaced throughout the day and around working out would help people who have a good idea, but just don’t know what types of food etc. to eat.
