How many of you have had good success with the T-Dawg 2.0 diet? Were the results better than the original T-Dawg? I am just curious, because I am going to jump to the T-Dawg 2.0 in a few weeks. Thanks in advance.
I liked the t-dawg 2.0 better. The extra carbs helped my workouts a lot.

Extra carbs post workout are vital, without them I fear it would be ugly in terms of muscle productivity/retention.
