Does anyone have a clue as to the mathematical calculation to arrive at the Macro nutrient breakdown? I am 228lbs at 9% bf. According to the math set forth in the article, I should consume 2920 calories and 342g protein. If I cut back to the recommended 70g carbs for non-training days, it will leave me having to consume roughly 141g of dietary fat to reach the suggested caloric intake. Any opinions?
