I am currently 245lbs @ 23.8% bodyfat. I know it recommends starting the T Dawg 2.0 on 15x bodyweight for starting point on calories. That equates to 3675 calories per day. It seems a lot when dieting. Should mine be lower considering my bodyfat level? What would you recommend? cheers people
Why don’t you follow the diet for one or two weeks and see what happens?
I agree follow it as layed out and adjust as needed best to cut cals as little as you can for goals
Yup, just try it as is. Besides, you drop your calories by 500 after the first week.
