Your thoughts? I thinks its prob too low in to carbs to fuel MMA workouts but it looks like a good starting point.

I cant, gotta fight on Sun but i am changing my diet on Mon. ill read as much as i can on it until then & see what happens.

Change the diet after the fight, Like above said try it Youll adjust If fatloss is a need it should fit the bill well if more crabs are needed you can adjust after a few weeks of feeeling it out
