Hey all looking for some advice and critique.
07:00 a.m. Hot-Rox on empty stomach
08:00 a.m. 1/2 Surge on empty stomach
08:00 a.m. Workout
09:00 a.m. 1/2 Surge
10:00 a.m. Meal 1 with 6 Eggs Whites, 2 Egg Yokes, Oatmeal and low-carb Grow
… a meal every 3 hours following the T-Dawg Diet Version 2
03:00 p.m. Hot-Rox on empty stomach
10:00 p.m. Meal 5 with low-carb Grow, Natural Peanut Butter and Cottage Cheese
Weight: 258 down from 290 over the last 2 months on a very low carb diet.
Calories - 3000 cal
Fat - 200 grams
Carbs - 100 grams, 50 grams on No Workout Day
Protein - 200 grams (having trouble getting to 1.5 grams * body weight)
I’m looking to keep losing fat and keep possibly add lean muscle
Is it ok to make Surge the first ?meal? of the day? Early is really the only time I can get to workout and Surge needs to be taken on an empty stomach. Will this accomplish my goal? And Could Hot-Rox be taken at the same time as Surge or should I keep them separated by and hour?
Any other suggestions would be helpful (like how to get more protein in my day.)
