Hey guys, I have a question about the T-Dawg diet. I was just wondering why it says to keep pork intake limited ? I’m a pretty picky eater and don’t like eggs so I was depending on bacon for a big part of breakfast. Let me know, thanks.
Maybe because pork and bacon has to much salt ad fat? And there are better meats to eat for your protein.
I may be wrong but I believe pork bacon etc. has alot of saturated fat which isn’t good for you.
What about the anabolic diet? It suggests eating all those fatty foods like bacon as long as you keep your carbs to about 30 grams. Has anyone ever tried it for cutting up? Please let me know how it worked out. Thanks
