I wake up at 11:45 am and eat
12pm breakfast
2pm workout
3pm Biotest Surge
5pm Steak
8pm Chicken
11pm Salmon
2am Cottage
2:30-3am go to bed

I’m going to start the t-dawg 2.0 diet. im 5-11" and 220lbs and i have a gutt. I’m tyring to lose bodyfat.

This is what i eat on my workout day. Any suggestions?

Some of my concerns. Is 104 grams of fat too much? Most of it is “good fat”, fish oil, omega 3 eggs, salmon.

I’m having a hard time deciding what to do on my non workout day. I have to add the values lost by getting rid of the Surge. Here is how i thought of getting the carbs that i need. I’m going to add a grapefruit to first meal and i’m going to switch the
salad to the steak meal for the mixed veggies. This puts the chicken meal as the third time i eat and the mixed veggie to a p&c meal and i will move the fish oil to the steak meal.

This may border on the obsessive. I say this while im eating ice cream.

Any other suggestion besides that it is obsessive. I only did the speahsheet because i was trying to figure out how close to get it. I was way short on protien total (by 60g) the first time i did it when i just zipped through it, so i did the spreadsheet.

How about the fat? Is that too much?

Everything looks all right to me. The fat content should help you keep muscle while dieting. If you cut calories anymore then I would cut it from the fat first though. Hope that helps.
