T-Dawg 2.0 Carb Day


On the “Carb day” in the T-dawg diet 2.0 do you keep the total intake of calories the same as on normal days? In other words, do you lower protein and fat intake on the carb day?


I’ve always found this to be highly individual. The parameters of TD 2.0 call for either a healthy carb up day or one cheat meal per week. Personally, I went with the cheat meal and never let my daily caloric intake get too out of hand (no more than 500 calories above maintenance)and I always made sure that I got at least 1.5g of protein per lb. of lbm. This gave me great results.
