T Boosters at 17

Any advice on how to will be great

For being 17 those lift weights aren’t bad at all, why would you want a nasty ph? And I don’t get what you mean by ‘easy’, are you not lifting to failure?

Thanks I just want to make really good progress. I do lift to failure on most lifts its just that with the program I’m on you have to use the weight that you work out from your 1 rep max and then do the required sets and reps although sometimes I do a couple extra on the last set if its really easy.

If you’re looking for size increase your reps, 8-12 and the last one should always be a struggle, I even push the bar isometric style for a few seconds after failure. If you’re just in a rut you need to periodize if you’re not already. And of course, eat like a monster.
