Sword Skills Video

sword skills …good watch

I remember seeing this guy on that Stan Lee Super Human show. He’s a badass.

great cutting skills. too bad the style has evolved to the point where it’s only suitable for cutting inanimate objects instead of opponents.

I would love to see a real deal fight with swords. Just so you have an idea what it was like back when they were in everyday use. I know it sounds morbid but its just pure curiosity.

This is so cool, I had to post it here, too.

that was awesome - Ruffie!

we would get along well IRL~

My guess would be lots more hand cutting and quick “lunge ins” than movies would have us believe. We are used to seeing people getting their heads cut off and their guts cut open. Seems the smart thing would be to hang out on the outside and catch the other guys hand as it goes by or go for a quick lunge strike like we see in fencing. Can’t trade shots with swords to the degree you can with punches, kicks, or even sticks.

That is some awesome sword skills there.
