I have been doing a push pull legs split for about a month and a half now and have gotten some great gains doing so. I am a full time student so doing such split can eat up some time that could be used for studying. I found Kris Gethins DTP workout and read into it, it had some great reviews from people and he looks like reputable guy. I was just wondering what you all think about this DTP thing and if it would be worth giving it a try.
