Switching to the Anabolic Diet...

If I am starting the anabolic diet going from my regular 40%/40%/20% diet, should I stop my workouts for a week to allow my body to adjust from burning carbs?
Any thoughts?

Either way won’t make any significant difference. You may have some energy issues, but that’s normal and won’t effect adaptation. Actually it’s usually the second or third week where this starts anyway.
