I’m a student at the moment, so money is a bit limited. From a nutritional stand point, some bits could improved, so any thoughts would be appreciated.

I can relate to needing to eat cheaply because of school. You could always add more veg/fiber. Your PWO meal has some fat in it which typically is frowned upon, but I know that sometimes I skip the Surge and go to a steak house or something similar.

Are you supplementing for Omega 3’s? If not, I’d recommend wild salmon. The canned stuff should definitely be within your budget.

yeah, I’m supplementing omega 3’s and glutamine for recovery as well. I was thinking of switching the PWO shake with the snack shake. the cream is really only there to get the calories up, if someone could suggest a healthier calorie dense alternative that’d be great.
If I cut the calories any further, from past experience, I’ll lose weight too quickly (muscle/strength loss too). Also sorry about the alignment, it looked so much prettier in excel.

Coconut oil. Adds a nice flavor in your shakes.
