Switching Programs

Well, just got done with four weeks GVT 2000 and put on about 15# total. Don’t have access to BF% measuring but from looks it appears as though BF% has gone down. Taking this week as an off week, then going to start next week.

My question is, what would be the best program for hypertrophy & strength gains? I was planning on doing Ian King’s Limping & Super Strength, but now I’m not so sure what would be best. Another GVT 2000, 5x5, Oscillating Wave, 1-6, etc? What would everyone recommend?

Since you were just on a fairly high volume program, do the opposite. Poliquin’s 1-6 principle is nice, but another low volume program will work. Best of luck, ask if you have any other questions.

Thanks for the feedback, but I pretty much decided on doing Limping & Super Strength. Good overall strength increase type of program, with potential for lots of hypertrophy. Just wanted to explore other options though.
