Switching from 3/Week to EOD. How Would I Calculate My Protocol?

I am currently on 150 mg, dosing 50mg MWF. I want to switch to EOD to keep some mood stability. How would I calculate my 150 to EOD?

Like ~43mg per shot would get you there.

Thanks, I was thinking of basing it on 28 days, so 43 makes sensed

150mg per week is 21.4mg/day

21.4mg x 2 (every other day) is 42.8mg every other day.
