In ABBH1 you always did front squats and i kinda grew on them… but now im starting ABBH2 and they are telling me to do back squats… is there a reason for this or its just a preference?.. can i continue doing front squats or do the back squats or be able to rotate them wk.1-back, wk.2-front etc.??
They hit a different and the same muscle in different ways IMO if you are wanting to switch to the front squats just because you like them or more than likley your better at them now then youd be best off going to the back squats and progressing on them.
Stick with the front squats. For variation go with the dozens of single-leg variations.
