Swiss Ball Reverse Hypers = Theraputic?

I read plenty of articles and posts saying that the reverse hyper “repairs damage” done by squating, deadlifting, ect…

I don’t have access to a reverse hyper (actually, I doubt there is one anywhere on my island). Although doing reverse hypers on a swiss ball doesn’t build the strength as a reverse hyper machine, will it still “repair” any potential back damage I have?

They are good. Better than not doing them. I’d use them in the prehab portion or as part of a GPP circuit/GPP warm up.
