I was over at Craig Smith’s website checking out some videos when I saw this http://www.kiltedthrower.com/video/MSquats2.wmv. He calls them massage squats and the machine is called a swing squat.
Anyone use this machine? It looks pretty awesome and I was curious as to reviews.
