the tub says 2 scoops…does that apply to all kinds of training? eg. my rugby training lasts 3 hours so do i increase dosage to say 3 or 4 scoops? if it is 2 scoops i just drink it throughout my whole training period am i right? Thanks.
3-4 scoops sipped pre/during would be a good amount for rugby in my opinion.
Ya I ususally take 2 scoops but throw in a 3rd if I know the day will be taxing. Works.
As recommended on the label, 2 scoops of Surge Workout Fuel per hour will likely work best.
