I just got my bench shirt & after trying it for the first time, found this sweet bruise. jk. My bro. took my kids & me tubing / water skiing. He was trying to knock me off the tube & just as I was going over I though “if I hold tight & roll with it I’ll come up.” The water ripped me off & my arm got caught in the fabric thing the tube was in.
Anyway, I did get my shirt Friday. Does anyone have a link or can give me tips on learning how to use a shirt?
