Yes I know. Back then (about 9 months ago when that pic was taken) I didn’t know but I do now.

So now I’m holding my breath during deadlifts and it works great!

Of course Hamstrings against calves. I always go deeper than a Competition squat without the equipment. Its more like an OL squat with a slight wider stance. Thats how I squat at comps but not as deep.

Highbox squat without belt:
3x4x140/308lbs - the midsection takes a beating! Ofcoure the legs does as well.

Fronsquat without belt:
3x5x77.5/170.5lbs - I’m starting to love frontsquats! :smiley:
