I’ve been running this for a few weeks now (so by no means an expert on it) and think it’s great, my lifts are going up, simple progression model, freedom to choose assistance etc. Swede seems like a good dude - I asked him a question on IG and he replied almost straight away with advice. It seems Greg Panora and Jp Carroll seem to be running it and having success.
Has anyone else given it a go and if so, what were your thoughts / results like?
