Anybody have any experience with sweat damaging their car’s leather seats? When I drive home from the gym I’m usually soaked through so I try and make little contact with the seat usually by driving leaning forward.

Yes sweat will damage your leather. If you get your leather wet, then at the least you should clean it with water and let it dry. After it is dry, you should treat it with a leather conditioner.
Why don’t you get yourself some kind of cheap assed seat cover to protect your seat, when you are in this condition.
Yeah I’ve ruined several Galco Miami holsters that way, fucking heat.
