Swapping SS to 5/3/1

Jim,
I’ve just swapped from starting strength to 5/3/1 - because great as SS is recovery was too hard in the end.
After week one I think I get it. Not enough to know how. But enough to know it works.

So thanks. I look forward to reading the book on Boxing Day. I’ll post back in 3 months with training and my first meet numbers.
