Swapping Movements In Look Like A Bodybuilder

Hey Coach Thibaudeau, is it okay to swap out movements like doing the incline bench press over push press for a few cycles or does it have to be push press for this program? Thanks!

Well, you can use the incline press. As far as building muscle is concerned it will be just as effective. BUT the push press, because of the explosion factor and the coordination between the lower and upper body makes it more in-line with the nature of the program which includes “performing like an athlete”
