Hello all I would like to thank anyone who takes the time to look this over and I appreciate your advice and knowledge . I will start by saying I am 27 years old 5’10" currently 195 pounds I usually walk around at 180 pounds but I have been eating like crazy (clean) since July (winter bulk) and trying to lift as heavy as possible sets of 10/8/6/failure I am simply trying to gain more muscle because a thin runners body is not interesting to me at all.
I work offshore on a drill ship for 21 days then home 21 days that is my regular schedule. I work out a minimum of 6 days a week and try to lift heavy legs twice a week. My eating while I’m on days off can be very clean but while on the oil rig it’s mostly veggies and chicken breast protein bars and shakes. I try to keep muscle confusion so I will target 1 muscle group a day for a little while then go to back bis chest tris etc. I don’t go to the gym to F off I go in do my sets very little time between sets then leave usually 1 to 1 and a half hours per work out.
I have defiantly seen some gains since I’ve been trying to bulk iv gained 15 pounds although I’m sure some of that is fat. I am getting all my ducks in a row for my cut cycle starting in January.
I have 20c sus, 50mg anavar pills 100 of those(both chemicals are biotech)
I had originally planned to do anavar only for the cut but after research I have been informed test will be better to stack with the var. I have the sus but could easily get test c if that would be better.
The plan is
Week1-10 250mg Mondays and Thursday’s so 2cc per week. 23g 1 1/2" pins rotating glutes.
Week3-10 50mg var ed
I currently have a bottle of clomid but could easily get hands on nolvadex if y’all suggest using both compounds as I have read they really have 2 different purposes. If I go with nolvadex I’ll do the typical 40/40/20/20/20 I assume.
I have done a lot of research but everybody has different opinion on pct. run just nolva run just clomid or run both.
Plan to start the pct 2 weeks after the last pin. ( I’ve consistently read that on here)
I’ve also read that running adex .5mg eod from start to finish I would like to know benefits of this.
I know you guys get aggravated at noob questions I didn’t wake up this morning and decide to juice I’ve been planning this for a while and researching I’m just unsure of proper pct. I want to keep my progress and don’t want gyno.
Just so y’all are aware I’m wanting to cut down for summer lean out and gain LBM.
Any advice is appreciated (excuse my ignorance on pct please)
