Yeah I would switch to injections. You have higher than avg SHBG which is why your free T is low. You will probably need a slightly higher dose than most due to this.
Thyroid labs look great.
Are oral body temperatures great as well?
Hard to know when you have so many threads.
I did suggest that that method might change your skin.
SHBG is tilting TT vs FT ratio a bit. But really hard to make conclusions because FT changes so much with your method. TT says that you are under medicated.
E2 is near target of E2=80 pmol/L. So we can expect that doubling TT with injected T will take your E2 higher than you want.
Did we discuss hCG to preserver testes and fertility earlier?

I finished the Iodine Replenishment protocol you recommended about 5 weeks ago!
I’ve not retaken body temperatures - I will start doing so tomorrow.

Yeah what you said about skin changes was the first thing that popped in my head when I saw these bloods.

Yeah E2 will be interesting when I move onto injections. I’m hoping to manage it by losing a few inches off my waist + diet. I’d like to avoid AIs if possible so I can keep drug use minimal.

No we didn’t. I actually want a vasectomy because my long term girlfriend & I definitely don’t want children. Testes are small, 50% of what they were… no aches however & the smaller size doesn’t bother me.
Mr Meeseeks how long into IR did you start noticing improvements? I’m about a week into 50mg/day and so far there has been no change in body temps, still suffering fatigue and my mood is absolutely tanked.
Re the iodine, I didn’t start feeling good until 4 weeks after finishing the iodine. I thought my testosterone was really high from the Dermaroller because I felt very vibrant - I’ve felt great the last few weeks - but my testosterone was crappy!
I don’t know if that’s my thyroid function improving, I’m very sensitive to all sorts of stuff - environment, friends, work etc.
