Do it. Ran one of his bench programs and I went from a 305-325 bench at 175 ish
Also pretty sure deadlift was his best lift when he was competing
I did the full 9 weeks with a week off between wks 5 and 6. It was super effective. I don’t have my log, but my 2rep at 90% in the last week flew up, my max increase was just over 50lbs.
Effective. Plenty of focus on heavy weights too. Try it.
