I had just had a lumbar discectomy and am preparing to get back into kickboxing then begin grappling. Any combat conditioners that would give advice about effective yet safe ways to begin training slowly, then progressing would be greatly appreciated. Also, I’m about to begin my first anabolics cycle. I’ve researched and am getting so many pro’s and con’s with each, that it’s difficult to pick just one. I have occasional high blood pressure, so that messes up many things too. I’ve pretty much decided on the Decca/Clomid idea, but please tell me what your opinions are because I will need explosiveness and stamina, but will need to pass drug tests as well. Thanks alot.
