Found out my long head bicep tendon has unattached from the bicipital groove on the humeral head. The tendon now runs across from the front of the humeral head and is partially torn and only getting worse. The Dr said he is going to cut it at the groove and screw it into the bone. This help be on my right arm and I am right handed. I will be in a sling for 6 weeks then a really slow rehab.
Looking for advice on daily activities (ie: showering, getting dressed …) using only one hand and it’s your non-dominate hand. I also might turn this into a injury log to help keep me sane…
