Surge Workout Fuel: One Scoop or Two?

Are most of you that are using this product using one or two scoops per workout??

Depends on the length of my training.

I usually have 1 scoop prior to training and another scoop for every hour I’m training.

Since my workouts are usually about an hour long, I end up with a total of 2 scoops followed by Surge Recovery.
