Surge vs Metabolic Drive Complete

Compare/contrast.

Pros/cons

Is one better while cutting while the other is better for bulking?

Is it just a matter of personal preference?

Is Surge only good for PWO while MD Complete would be better at other times?

read the articles attached to each product in the store.

Or I could also see if anybody has some firsthand experience with either or both.

Just, ya know, an idea.

They have two different purposes. Complete is a meal replacement where as Surge is intended for post workout recovery. Hence the advisement to read about them.

Either can work as long as you include them in your allowed calorie count. Metabolic Drive is a meal replacement and Surge is a post workout drink.

Metabolic Drive would be used for a meal replacement while cutting or as an extra meal while bulking. This is not needed at all if you get what you need with real food, which is ideal. The world is not ideal though, so this a good option when needed.

Surge is strictly post workout or now some are advocating pre and post workout. This can, and should be used with bulking and cutting also as long as you allow for it in your calorie count.

Some when cutting use strictly whey and or BCAAS and skip the carbs, while many others refuse to give up Surge no matter how strict they are with carbs the rest of the week and just make adjustments elsewhere in their calories and diet.
