Surge training routine questions

I am using the Surge Training routine and there are a few exersises that I am unfamiliar with. Notably the “Good Mornings” and the “Bent Over Rear Deltoid Raise”. Can you help me find a good reference for these particular routines? Can I substitute another exersise?
Just started Mag-10 and have gained 5 lbs in 1 week…Whats astonishing is I have NOT trained for 2 years!!! I started this program after returning to the gym for a 2 week warm up period before I get seriouse! Mag-10 has been the only thing I have tried…besides increacing my dietary routine and adding a protien powder…
But now I need help with the exersises.
