Surge! Serving Size

Just wondering, for someone who weighs about 150#, how much (grams wise) would the appropriate post-workout serving be? I’m interested in purchasing it, but I’m just trying to get an estimate in total cost.

You will need to take 2 scoops. Each container contains ~10 servings (two scoops each). So each jug should last 2-3 weeks depending on how often you use Surge (3-4 days a week).

By the way, the label doesn’t say this, but
make sure to mix the Surge only immediately
before you drink it. Don’t premix it. It
tastes reasonably good when freshly mixed,
but is nasty premixed… it’s formulated
to mask the bitter flavors of the branched
chain amino acids but some of the masking
doesn’t last.
