If I'm doing 25-30 minutes of cardio after my weight training session, would it be better to drink my Surge straight after lifting, or to wait until after the cardio?
ehh the insulin spike would probably inhibit fat loss (assuming the cardio isnt for conditioning or sometrhing else...)
IMO i would wait until after both
EDIT: i think the best option would be splitting it into two sessions if possible
Agreed. If possible, I prefer (as do many, many others) to separate my cardio from lifting.
