ok, I know everybody will probably think these are dumb questions but here goes.

1: I know John Berardi says its ok to add creatine to surge, but if I do should I also add more water to maintain the 4 to 8% solution, which he said is the optimum ratio of powder to water for digestion and absorbtion?

2: Would taking a probiotic with my surge have any signifigant benefit?
