I wanted to start a thread of the current protocols that everyone is using for Surge. I have read lots of different suggestions over the years. I used Surge for about a year, two scoops, post-workout. For the last six months I have used one scoop during/sipping and the other scoop post workout. Also I add 5 grams of Creatine to the post-workout half. My next meal (whole food) coming about an hour later with the 2:1 ratio C:P Nice results with this protocol. Thanks
