surge or grow!

which is better as a post workout shake?



…come on dude, I mean, this almost deserves to be flamed.

Surge was and IS the PREMIER post workout shake. It even says so on the bottle…



Surge is a pwo drink. Grow is a protein mpr. Most of the protien in grow is slower digesting milk protein. You want fast protiens like whey or the whey that is in surge. Grow you want to use to replace or supplement the protein in a meal(s) whereas surge you only want to use while you workout and/or immediately afterwards.
