A single serving of Surge just has 23 grams of protein. Is there a reason for such a small amount? I was thinking of adding a scoop of my Grow! to get more protein into my PWO shake. Is this a bad idea? I know the Whey is generally a fast acting protein… Will this work or am I missing something? Thanks for the help!

Leave Surge alone, there’s a reason why it’s fine tuned like that.
If you wish, throw a serving of Grow! into a bottle of Gatorade and gulp that down before the workout. This way you’ll get a lot of protein before + after.
In any case, proper eating far outweighs any supplement.
