Surge During Basketball

Recently I have started to use Surge while I play basketball, in place of Gatorade. I feel much more energetic, and can pretty much go close to full out for the 2 hours we usually play. I am having one side effect however, towards the end of the session and for an hour or so after, I have a nauseous feeling that I never had with gatorade. Is this common?

I do not have this feeling when taking Surge PWO after a gym session, just during / after playing hoops. Is Surge NOT the drink I should be taking while playing? Thanks for any input.

That nauseous feeling you get is likely due to low blood sugar.

Make sure you get some solid food as soon as possible after playing.
