Surge During and After Workout


hi, im about to go pick up some Surge today after reading some good reviews on it.

i was wondering if its alright to drink 1 scoop before working out and then another scoop right after working out mixed with 5g creatine?

or should i just consume 2 scoops after with my creatine and forget about it before.


I think studies are pointing to consuming a little bit before or during the workout... maybe someone will be nice and search out the links?

However, I don't know if there is enough of a difference to worry about it either way.


I've tried it before workouts, and I just don't have the stomach for it. I puke it up every time. It maybe a mental thing, as I could sip on a half serving when I was doing EDT and I had no problems.

But for the most part, I have my Surge immediately PWO.


I usually wind up sipping most of my Surge during the workouts. Seems to work fine for me.
