I have used surge during a workout when my diet call for it, but I was wondering being that I sweat alot and try to keep hydrated I drink a whole lot of water while I lift. Wouldn't this dilute the absorbtion of the surge that I sip on during my workout?
Berardi recommends diluting your surge so it is better digested and absorbed by the body.
The usual recommendation is a 6% solution for dilution but i take mine weaker than that and never had any problems.
p.s. 6% means 6g in 100ml, therefore 60g in 100ml so off top of my head 1,5Litre for normal dilution.
I dilute 1 scoop in 16 oz of H2O.
Any stronger than that and it makes me feel too full...
