I have a question about how much Surge I need to take. I weigh a bit under 200, which would equal 2-2.5 scoops post workout. Now due to finances, I have been consuming one scoop of Surge mixed with maybe ~10 grams of whey 15 min. after a workout. Then perhaps 20 min. after that, I drink a glass of orange or grape juice. Wondering if this is an ok method to make my supply last longer?
BTW, just thought of a side-question. Does height play any role in determining how much one needs to eat for gaining size? I say this because I am 6’3-4 at almost 200lb, which means while perhaps not scrawny, I am certainly not big. So Im wondering if food amount would be same for me as for, say a 200lb guy at 5’10.
