some weeks ago I strained my shoulder doing the dc tricep stretch (the one on this website http://theswole.com/training/dc-stretches/ ).
Basically I started getting some pain in the lockout portion of the OHP.
It hurts the most when my arm is in external rotation and abduction (so I think its the supraspinatus).
It doesn’t hurt at all when I bench press. I’m doing 531 with BBB at the moment, and I have decided to drop the BBB assistance for the presses.
What else do you think I should do? (specifical exercises, stretches, warmups…).
