Supramaximal Holds?

How would you incorporate these holds for ME workouts

Lets say bench and squat.


Hold 110% 1rm at sticking point (just above rock bottom on squats, just above chest on bench) for 5-9 seconds. Make sure you have a couple spotters to get the concentric up for you since you won’t be able to lift it.


Just look at CW’s article today. Right at the bottom it has a exerpt on supramaximal holds.
